How does pricing work?+
You choose one fixed tier — Starter (€49), Growth (€149) or Business (€449) — and each includes a monthly allowance of conversations (500, 2,500 and 10,000). It's one flat fee that covers the AI agent, the dashboard, integrations and support for that tier. No setup fees, no per-ticket charges, no usage surprises. Beyond 10,000 conversations a month, Enterprise is priced to your volume.
What counts as a conversation?+
A conversation is one customer thread, however many messages it contains — a single shopper asking about their order, then a return, then a refund in the same chat is still one conversation. Instant deterministic actions (like tracking lookups) don't burn extra LLM cost, so a busy back-and-forth doesn't cost you more than a one-line question.
How does monthly vs. yearly billing work?+
Same product and allowance either way — yearly just saves you 20%. Monthly is charged each month and you can cancel anytime. Yearly is paid once upfront for the year at the discounted per-month rate: Starter €39, Growth €119 and Business €359 per month (billed annually). What happens if I exceed my monthly conversations?+
Your customers are never cut off. We surface it in your dashboard and recommend the tier that matches your real volume — there are no punitive overage rates. Upgrading (or downgrading) takes one click and your founder pricing carries across.
Are there per-resolution or hidden fees?+
No. You pay a fixed monthly tier for a conversation allowance — never a toll on each ticket resolved, and no charge for escalations or human hand-offs. Smart model routing keeps the underlying LLM cost efficient, and on Business you can bring your own key (BYOK) to run model usage on your own account.
Can I switch plans or cancel later?+
Yes. Move up or down a tier whenever your volume changes — changes apply from the next billing cycle. Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime; yearly plans run to the end of the paid year. No lock-in contracts beyond the term you choose.
What is founder pricing?+
